All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of all creation—and may He extol the Messenger in the highest company of Angels, and grant him peace and security—likewise to his family, Companions, and true followers.

Some points discussed during this lesson:

• The unification of the hearts by way of this dīn.
• Benefits from the verse, “And hold fast, all of you together, to the Rope of Allāh, and be not divided among yourselves, and remember Allāh’s Favour on you, for you were enemies one to another but He joined your hearts together, so that, by His Grace, you became brethren, and you were on the brink of a pit of Fire, and He saved you from it…” [Sūrah Āl ‘Imrān 3:103]
• The command of the Messenger ﷺ when fitnah occurs.
• Imām al-Baghawī and Ibn Kathīr’s (رحمهم الله) tafsīr of the āyah, “And verily, this is my Straight Path, so follow it, and follow not (other) paths, for they will separate you away from His Path. This He has ordained for you that you may become al-Muttaqūn.” [Sūrah al-An’ām 6:153]
• The Straight Path the Messenger ﷺ left us upon.
• That which will bring about the unity of the Muslims.
• Those truly referred to as aṭ-Ṭā’ifatul-Manṣūrah.
• The threat of Allāh upon the deviated sects.
• Those referred to as the jamā’ah.
• The result of seeking honour in other than Islām.
• The only formula when differing occurs.
• The way to combat the enemy and regain the fear Allāh struck into their hearts.
• These are our men, name to us your men!
