[12/09/2025] Those Whom Allāh will not Speak to, Look Towards or Purify – By Sh Abu Fuḍayl ‘Abdur Raqīb حفظه الله. Khuṭbah at Masjid Salafi, Small Heath, Birmingham, UK.
Some points discussed during this Khuṭbah:
– The creed of Ahlus-Sunnah regarding the Speech of Allāh.
– Explanation of the textual proof regarding the individuals whom Allāh will not speak to, look towards or purify, and for them will be a severe punishment:
– 1. Those who conceal the truth.
– 2. The one who allows his garments to fall below his ankle bones out of pride.
– 3. The one who boasts about the favours he does for the people.
– 4. The one who sells his merchandise swearing by Allāh with a false oath.
– 5. The elderly fornicator.
– 6. The king who lies.
– 7. The arrogant pauper.
– 8. The woman who is ungrateful to her husband.
