[08/11/2024] The Honour of a Muslim is Sacred – By Abu Fuḍayl ‘Abdur Raqīb حفظه الله. Khuṭbah at Masjid Salafi, Small Heath, Birmingham, UK.

Some points discussed during this Khuṭbah:

– {…and (as for) the believers it was incumbent upon Us (Allāh) to help them} [Surah ar-Rūm 47].
– Hadīth regarding The right of a Muslim upon another Muslim.
– The honour of being chosen by Allāh to be Muslim.
– The obligation of recognising and not violating the rights of another Muslim.
– The prohibition of taking even a stick that belongs to a Muslim, in jest or seriously.
– Attaining nobility by defending the honour of a Muslim.
– A tremendous reward for a tremendous action.
– The right of the ‘ulamā to be defended when the people speak ill of them.
– Being mindful of the words we utter.
– The evil of belittling one’s Muslim brother.
– Every Muslim to another Muslim is sacred, his wealth, his honour and his blood.
