Some points discussed during this Khuṭbah:
– The need to return to Allāh.
– Not being deceived by one’s own good deeds.
– Despairing with regard to the mercy of Allāh.
– The plots of Shayṭān against the believer.
– Calling upon Allāh and having hope in Him.
– A balance between fear and hope.
– “Sins that reach the clouds…”
– The best form of seeking forgiveness.
– Recognising the blessings and thanking Allāh for them.
– The affair of al-Tawḥīd and its importance.
– Those for whom Paradise is forbidden.
