Some points discussed during this lesson:

– Benefits from the book of Shaykh Khālid aẓ-Ẓafīrī (حفظه الله) titled, ath-Thanā’ al-Badī’ min al-‘Ulamā’ ‘alā ash-Shaykh Rabī’.

– Shaykh Rabī’s striving to aid and advise the ummah.

– A reminder that it is not needed for you to put yourself forward; Allāh raises whom He wills. 

– Another letter Shaykh Ibn Bāz sent to Shaykh Rabī’ in 1415 asking him to refute Nazīh Hammād who spoke about the Sifāt of Allāh.

– His instruction to Shaykh Rabī’ to refute and rectify the mistakes of anyone who errs, even himself (i.e Shaykh Ibn Bāz).

– The great position Shaykh Rabī’ had with Shaykh Ibn Bāz.

– An example of how Allāh raises whom He wills: Abū Talhah Dāwūd Burbank (رحمه الله), who was sincere, humble, and fled from the limelight.
