All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of all creation — and may He extol the Messenger in the highest company of Angels, and grant him peace and security — likewise to his family, Companions, and true followers.
[05/12/15] Paradise: Its Bounties And Joys – By Abu Khadeejah ‘Abdul Wahid حفظه الله Masjid As-Salafi, Birmingham, U.K.

– Benefits from the āyah, {And give glad tidings to those who believe and do righteous good deeds, that for them will be Gardens under which rivers flow (Paradise). Every time they will be provided with a fruit therefrom, they will say: ‘This is what we were provided with before,’ and they will be given things in resemblance (i.e. in the same form but different in taste) and they shall have therein purified mates (or wives), and they will abide therein forever.} [Sūrah al-Baqarah 2:25]
– Gathering between internal submission and apparent/manifest submission.
– The reason it is called ‘Jannah’.
– The four types of rivers in Jannah.
– The resemblance of the fruits of Jannah to the fruits of the dunyā, and how they are different.
– Mujāhid (رحمه الله) on the meaning of “purified mates”.
– Aḥadīth regarding the women and men of Jannah.
– The perfection and bliss of Jannah.
– The necessity of giving glad tidings to the one who is deserving of reward.
– The requirement of acting upon one’s belief in order to receive the glad tidings of Jannah.
– The inability of the human mind to comprehend the reality of Jannah.
– Spouses in Jannah.
– The everlasting nature of Jannah, and the key to entering it.
