  1. Some highlights extracted from the audio, to fully benefit listen to the audio multiple times;

    It is ajeeb you hear some of the people saying; the scholars are “dealing with it” rather the scholars have *dealt* with it. Which scholars are we waiting for now? What else are we waiting for?

    The issue has been dealt with and is nothing new; there have been many who were ascribed to knowledge and salafiyyah; however when they went astray and opposed the principles we leave them.

    Abu Hakeem then gives some history and insight into others who were regarded as “bastions of salafiyyah & sunnah” and how at one point it was inconceivable that such a such person would be warned against.

    He (Hafidahullah) then quotes the well known hadīth,

    “There will not cease to be a group from my Ummah manifest and upon the truth not being harmed by those who *forsake* them neither by those who oppose them until the hour is established.” (Sahīh Muslim)

    And he (Hafidahullah) highlights benefits from this hadīth, least not that the hadīth mentions the word which means forsake; therefore there will be and has been people who were with ahlus sunnah, with the truth, yet then leave and *forsake* them.

    He (Hafidahullah) then reiterates the advice of Shaykh Rabee (hafidahullah), be with the haqq and stand against oppression. And in addition he advised those who were able to read the latest bayaan of our Shaykh, Shaykh Hasan Marzooq al-Banna (hafidahullah) then to do so in Arabic (if possible).
