All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of all creation—and may He extol the Messenger in the highest company of Angels, and grant him peace and security—likewise to his family, Companions, and true followers.
[31/05/2024] Achieving the Aid of Allāh – By Abu Fuḍayl ‘Abdur Raqīb حفظه الله. Khuṭbah at Masjid As-Sunnah An-Nabawiyyah, Aston, Birmingham, UK.
Some points discussed during this Khuṭbah:
- Our constant need for the Aid of Allāh (سبحانه وتعالى) to remain steadfast upon His dīn.
- Achieving the Aid of Allāh by aiding Him.
- Imām as -Sa’dī (رحمه الله) on the meaning of aiding Allāh.
- The meaning of doing something for the Face of Allāh.
- The manner in which Allāh will aid the believers if they aid Him.
- Shaykh ‘Uthaymīn (رحمه الله) on the āyah, “And whosoever takes Allāh, His Messenger, and those who have believed, as Protectors, then the party of Allāh will be the victorious.” [Sūrah al-Mā’idah 5:56]
- Our need of Allāh, and His ability to do away with us and replace us if we turn away from His dīn.
- Analysing the reason for the state of weakness of believers around the world.
- How the believers should be one to another.
- Some characteristics of the Party of Allāh.
